    Marcella Sadlowski is the K/1 Interim Head Teacher at Mills College Children’s School, with experience as an educator at Sol Root Farmers Collective in Oakland, California, where she has been involved since March 2018. She holds a degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, with a focus on Critical Race Theory and Restorative Practices. Marcella brings her expertise in coaching, public speaking, and training delivery to her roles in both educational and community settings
